Randy MooreRandy Moore created the Activators Stress-Release Stretching Class based on his experiences with various body-mind-spirit methods and techniques the past 30 years. The Activators were the cornerstone of his recovery from depression along with excellent nutrition, daily fitness, quality time in nature, and creative expression. Randy also teaches Mindful Meditation and presents his Positive Mind Power Seminar to yoga studios, social service groups, private clubs, and diverse businesses.

Randy owns Triple 3 Marketing and Triple 3 Mind Power. He's also the publisher and editor of Englewood Healthy Living, a health and wellness magazine serving the region from South Venice through Englewood and Boca Grande. Englewood Healthy Living is published late January, late April and late October. Randy owned Positive Change Media, Inc. based in Sarasota from 1999 to 2009. He published Positive Change and Natural Awakenings Sarasota during his tenure. Being a publisher acquainted him with many professionals focused on natural health, all forms of medicine, personal growth, and human potential development. He also produced many successful events including the E-Fest Green Living Music & Arts Festival in Lakewood Ranch, the Sarasota Bay Water Festival in Sarasota, and the Right Whale Festival in Jacksonville Beach.

Randy created a goal-setting program in Los Angeles in 1990 and he also taught creative visualization. While living in Minneapolis in the mid-90's, he coached CEO’s on transition management strategies, effective interpersonal communication and personal marketing.

Randy earned his Master of Arts Degree in Communication Arts from the University of Wisconsin-Madison where he studied persuasion and attitude change. He’s also a certified Florida Master Naturalist who sees quality time outdoors as a prescription for an out of balance society.

Randy will be publishing his first poetry book Angel Ghost in November 2016. The book presents 99 of his poems along with 33 cartoon strips from the Holy Mole collection created by Sarasota artist Rick Hotton.

Randy lives in the North Port Englewood area and his son lives in Sarasota and works in Venice.
